Shipping and Delivery
Our packages are sent via UPS Standard Delivery. Delivery is available Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not available. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Delivery normally takes five to seven business days. Upgraded shipping may be requested by telephone.
Please call for an estimated delivery time. We are currently unable to ship overseas. Orders shipped to Canada will be charged an additional $15 Destination Charge.
Shipping Rates (USA only)
If your order totals up to $24.99, add $7.50
If your order totals $25.00 to $49.99, add $8.50
If your order totals $50.00 to $99.99, add $10.95
If your order totals $100.00 or more, shipping is free
The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, rates apply for each address.
Gift Cards will be shipped using standard USPS delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a tracking number for this option.
Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order is on the way. Occasionally orders will require special processing by a customer service representative. In these rare cases you would be notified by email.

You may exchange or return the item(s) by courier or to our store with packing list/receipt within two weeks of receiving for full store credit.
